Join me for a candlelight yoga and meditation class at the **Worcester Public Library** {Francis Perkins Branch} on **Thursday, Nov. 21**!

New to yoga? This class is gentle, easy and perfect for beginners.

**WHAT TO EXPECT:**
Class begins at 7:00pm and ends at 8:00pm. Please arrive 5 minutes before class to allow yourself time to settle. Silence cell phones or other electronics.

**WHAT TO BRING:**
Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and anything for comfort. Props are not necessary. **I will not have extra mats.** Wear comfortable clothing.

**CLASS DESCRIPTION:**
Join us for a calming gentle yoga class. Flow with mindful movement to nourish the body, mind and soul in slow-paced postures, ending with a light meditation. Soft candlelight and aromatherapy create a warm ambiance, with visual guidance offered through each movement.

**PARKING:**
There is an open lot parking lot right outside the library.

**HOW TO FIND US:**
Walk up to the main entrance. On arrival, take the left-side stairs down to the lower level. You will see our practice room straight ahead.
