Join me for a morning yoga and meditation class at the **Worcester Public Library** {Main Library} on **Saturday, December 14**.

New to yoga? This class is gentle, easy and perfect for beginners.

**REGISTER HERE:**

**WHAT TO EXPECT:**
Class begins at 10:00am and ends at 11:00am. Please arrive 5 minutes before class to allow yourself time to settle. Silence cell phones or other electronics.

**WHAT TO BRING:**
Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and anything for comfort. Props are not necessary. **I will not have extra mats.** Wear comfortable clothing.

**CLASS DESCRIPTION:**
Join us for a calming and gentle yoga class. Flow with mindful movement to nourish the body, mind and soul in slow-paced postures, ending with a light meditation with mini sound bath. A sound bath is an immersion in beautiful sounds and vibrations that are healing for your body, mind and spirit.

**PARKING:**
There is an open lot parking lot right outside the library.

**HOW TO FIND US:**
Walk up to the main entrance. On arrival, you will see the **Banx Room** to your right (or left) side, near the double doors, depending on which entrance you are arriving through. Having trouble? Ask a librarian at the customer service desk.
