Ever thought about running but got overwhelmed? This is a great place to start.

Consider this a chill run group.

I have led run clinics with the Running Room in the past, and will base these sessions off that, including tips and tricks, advice, and chats on various topics. The goal is to get you comfortable with listening to your body BEFORE we do any longer distances and DEFINITELY before we pick up the pace.

Some of you may find you stick to a slower pace forever and that is a-ok. Slower pace means less chance of injuries and a better potential for building endurance. I'm coming off an injury and will be going SLOW.

_I am a firm believer in "no runner left behind". You will NEVER be alone at the back of the pack._

Once I'm more confident in my own recovery, I'll consider splitting this into a few groups with different goals, depending on interest (eg: regular chill runs, 5/10k group, half/marathon group).

**RSVP in advance! If we know you're coming, we'll make sure to wait for you (within reason 😉).**

We start early so we can allow for folks getting off to work. However, depending on interest, we can adjust the schedule for attendees.
