This tool is designed to help you discover your strengths and understand their impact on how you communicate and collaborate with your team.

October is ADHD Awareness Month and the theme is "Awareness is Key." Being neurodivergent or an ADHD-er doesn’t end after the awareness month so we are keeping the momentum and increasing the awareness. In this session you will gain a better understanding of ADHD and the importance of a focus on strengths.

**We welcome all.** This workshop is open to both new and returning participants and requires no prior experience.
StrongSuits is grounded in four key insights from modern psychology:

* People perform best when they focus on their strengths.
* How we perform is driven by our mindset (the stories we tell ourselves.)
* Diversity makes teams stronger.
* People interact and communicate in different ways.

This workshop offers valuable insights for team members, coaches, facilitators, managers, and leaders, helping them understand their own strengths and limitations as well as those of their teammates. Special emphasis will be placed on unlocking the potential of ADHD strengths and neurodiverse teams. Learn how to maximise the benefits of cognitive diversity within your team!

Workshop Prerequisites

* Attendance: Please ensure you can join from the start and remain for the full duration (1.5 hours).
* Tools: We will be using Zoom and Miro. Miro is accessible via your regular web browser. Please use a desktop or laptop web browser and the Zoom desktop or laptop application (not a tablet or mobile device).
* Environment: To create an inclusive and engaging experience for everyone, please join from a quiet location. Bring your fidget toy and anything else you need to feel comfortable. We encourage you to put your video camera on to foster better interaction and connection during our card games.

LeanTech Series: Attack your tech debt with radical quality using Dantotsu

This is the last meetup in the LeanTech series. We will wrap the series with a focus on Leadership. Leadership and change resistance have often been mentioned as challenges to progress digital and Agile transformations.

Drawing from the principles outlined in the *LeanTech Manifesto*, and in the presence of Fabrice Bernhard, one of its co-authors, we will dive more into the traits of Lean leadership and the application of such leadership in the world of tech, digital and Agile.
