Vertical training is essential for hikers and climbers, specifically targeting the muscles and movements required for ascending and descending steep inclines. This training helps strengthen the lower body muscles, including the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves, which are heavily engaged during uphill climbs and downhill descents. Follow your own pace and keep improving your stamina.

Date: 12th February 2025 -16th February 2025

**(B)Where we are going and What to expect:**
Mount Pulag, the third-highest peak in the Philippines, offers breathtaking "sea of clouds" and stunning sunrise views from its summit. Located in the Cordillera Range, it attracts hikers with its diverse ecosystems, including mossy forests and grasslands, and panoramic vistas of neighboring peaks and valleys.
Mount Pinatubo, known for its 1991 eruption, features a strikingly beautiful crater lake. Situated in the Zambales Mountains, the azure lake, surrounded by rugged cliffs, provides a surreal landscape. The trek to the crater, through lahar fields and volcanic terrain, offers a unique adventure, highlighting the resilience and beauty born from volcanic devastation.
Both mountains provide unforgettable experiences for adventurers and nature enthusiasts.
