Join us for an evening of connection and reflection. We’ll begin with a gentle somatic exercise to help you ground, release tension, and arrive fully in the present moment. This will lead into a guided meditation to center and focus the mind. From there, we’ll open the floor for sharing, where everyone has the opportunity to tell their stories, experiences, and insights in a safe, welcoming space. Finally, we’ll wrap up with a discussion time, allowing for thoughtful dialogue and deeper connection around what emerged during the evening. Come as you are—all experiences and voices are welcome.

I’m a writer and artist based in New Jersey. Originally from India, I spent nearly a decade in Melbourne before settling in New Jersey. I believe that when women come together, they create a unique kind of magic—one that’s powerful, healing, and transformative. My goal is to foster spaces where women can connect, speak openly, and have their voices truly heard. It’s time to gather, talk, and make our stories known.
