📣 Taming Tech Debt: ESLint to the Rescue
Technical debt is a common challenge in software development, often lurking beneath the surface and slowing down progress. In this talk, I will demonstrate how custom ESLint rules can be a powerful tool in addressing and managing certain types of tech debt proactively with quite minimal effort:

• Implementing gradual deprecation strategies using linting
• Creating custom ESLint rules for deprecating and enforcing coding patterns
• Optimising ESLint CI/CD pipelines in large-scale projects
• Semi-automating the creation of tech debt-related tasks
• Leveraging AI (of course) to get most of the tedious work done
