What to expect
Our sessions are beginner-friendly and everyone is welcome to join. After warm-up we teach you the basics, let you score goals, and play games.

What to bring
Sports clothes and (clean) indoor sports shoes, water bottle.
People wearing glasses: at your own risk. Better to wear contact lenses :)

Language
We primarily speak in English, but we have a diverse group who can also speak (Swiss) German, and many other languages.

About us
Many of us joined in the last 5 years, so we are a mix between newbies and experienced players. The regular players don't use meet-up, so don't be misled by the low number of attendees. We are usually ± 10 players.
