Ceroc dancing blends elements of various dance styles, including jive, swing, salsa, and ballroom dancing. It’s Beginner-Friendly - easy to learn, with simple footwork & patterns, emphasizing movement & rhythm over rigid step patterns. In fact, it is so easy to pick up that most people (including those with 2 left feet) are able to dance after just 1 class!
The term “Ceroc” is derived from the French phrase “C’est le roc,” meaning “It’s rock,” referring to its roots in rock and roll-style dance.
