Taming the Kubernetes Observability Beast: A Journey to Lean and Mean
Details
We are excited to announce the November meetup scheduled for Thursday, November 21st.
1st Presentation:
# Taming the Kubernetes Observability Beast: A Journey to Lean and Mean
American Airlines adopted a piecemeal approach to Kubernetes observability, deploying separate tools for logging, metrics collection, and distributed tracing. However, this led to tool sprawl, increased complexity, and higher overhead costs. To streamline observability later American Airlines adopted open standards, Kuma service mesh, unified platforms, and eBPF to simplify their Kubernetes observability stack, reduce operational complexity, and optimize costs while maintaining comprehensive visibility into their cloud-native environments for Kpaas ( kubernetes platform as a service).
