Take Control of Anger
Details
Buddha says anger is our most common and destructive emotion and that it affects our mind almost every day. It can abide within us as non-stop frustration, resentment or silent rage, and can leave a trail of painful feelings, broken relationships, and lost opportunities in its wake. Learn how to identify the stirrings of anger in your own mind and develop the skills to control it and adopt a more patient and compassionate approach to life’s difficulties. With Buddhist nun and Teacher, Gen Chöyang.
These classes are beneficial for beginners and long-term practitioners alike. Although taught as a series, each class is self-contained and can be attended individually. Drop in anytime. Everyone is welcome!
