Friday night Taiko Class

Looking for a fun way to add some exercise into your weekly routine? Come try Taiko! Taiko is a Japanese style of drumming that combines movement with rhythm and help builds space/posture awareness.

Our taiko classes will take you through basic stretching and warm up before we go through the fundamentals of playing taiko - from basic striking technique, stance and movement through to help you build better awareness of ensemble playing skills.
Each class is 90 min long and it's a great way to get a whole body workout!

Fee: Single class is $20 pp.
