Welcome to the Yoga and Meditation group!!

We meet twice a week for a yoga and meditation classes. Occasionally there will be a yoga and meditation workshop to deepen our practice.

Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to this practice, you are welcome here!

These days our lives are so demanding, our attention is pulled in many direction and we pay the consequences of this distraction through our physical and mental health.
It is important to bolster our body's resilience by having a body based practice that will enable us to experience both movement and stillness, as well as support our wellbeing.

Yoga and Meditation are the perfect practice to limit the impact of modern life on us.
Combine your personal practice with regular group classes to feed and nourish your spirit as sharing your practice magnifies its effects.
