Is it too early to talk about Christmas?

Santa is packing his bags and we need to get together and eat stuff!

Hard to believe it is almost Christmas again. This year has gone so fast and we have had sooo much fun!

But once again it is time to dig out your **ugly Christmas sweater** and find your **favourite holiday recipes**.

Oh! And we will do the **gift exchange (Secret Santa "Schrottwichteln")** again this year. That is always a lot of fun! :) (See Agnetha's instructions in the comments below)

We will also use this event to **help The Food Bank** by running a specific food drive. We kindly ask each guest to ***bring 1-3 non-perishable food items*** to share the holiday spirit with those in need. A donation table will be set up where you can place your contributions, and Nick and I will deliver all the donations to the Food Bank a week later.

* Suggested items include: canned fruits and vegetables, canned meats and fish, dry beans, pasta, hot or cold cereal, individually packed snacks (like granola bars, apple sauce, or pudding cups), jam/fruit spreads, pasta sauce, peanut butter, and rice.
