Kyokushin is a FULL CONTACT style of martial arts that combines traditional karate with kickboxing. Our intense program focuses on rigorous conditioning training for those who are looking to take their training to the next level.
Whether you are looking to competitively fight or just push yourself to your limits, all are welcome in our program!
Our Friday night classes focus on weight training, basic techniques, sparring combinations, partner drills and sparring for those that want to at the end of class.
ADDTIONAL INFO:
-Ages 18+
(Exceptions can me made for as young as 14 based on experience and parent permission)
-Workout clothes OR traditional karate Gi
-Shinpads, MMA cloves and mouth piece strongly recommended
