Weekly Kyphosis support: Mobility Aids & Other Helpful Tools

THIS WEEK’S TOPIC: What tools make your life easier living with kyphosis with or without fusion? I.e. mobility aids like canes/walkers, foam rollers, muscle gun, recliner and rolling desk for at home work, etc.

We meet weekly on Sundays at 10am PST over zoom. We will share our stories of struggle and triumph, hold space to express painful emotions for those who need it, share what has helped us live more comfortable lives, and find humor in it all when we can. I hope you’ll join us!
