FREE EVENT/FREE PARKING!!! WALKING TOUR - Santa Monica's Third Street Promenade

Looking for something to do on a Saturday afternoon this Fall of 2024 that is CHRISTMAS RELATED???

Why not join us for a relaxing, leisurely Walking Tour of Santa Monica's Third Street Promenade, Santa Monica Pier, and Pacific Palisades Park to experience the EXCITEMENT of Santa Monica's THIRD STREET PROMENADE during the CHRISTMAS SEASON???

This is a FREE EVENT with FREE PARKING!!! WHY HESITATE??? RSVP NOW TO ATTEND!!!

The ITINERARY for the Walking Tour is as follows (however, we can diverge from the planned ITINERARY and what Meetup members decide to do for this Meetup event, I will go along with it. It is FLEXIBLE!!!):

1. Meeting Location:

We can meet at 4:30 PM to 4:50 PM PST at Demitasse Coffee Roasters & Brewers with address:

1149 Third Street
Santa Monica, CA 90403

I will be wearing a green cap and light blue backpack.

2. First Segment of Hike:

We proceed down Third Street Promenade from the Demitasse Coffee Roasters & Brewers to view the Christmas lights and decorations, the multitude of shops and boutiques, perhaps stopping at a restaurant along the way such as Cabo Cantina to enjoy a drink or bite to eat (as Meetup members choose).

3. Second Segment of Hike:

And then we walk to the Santa Monica Pier to take in the views of the Pacific Ocean from the Santa Monica Pier, then stop by for a visit to the Soda Jerks shop for SODA and ICE CREAM where the Meetup members may decide to partake in some delicious ice cream treat to continue the Meetup event, the Walking Tour of Santa Monica's Third Street Promenade.

4. Third Segment of Hike:

If Meetup members choose, we can walk along Pacific Palisades Park Walking Path on Santa Monica Beach towards the Rose Garden where the Meetup members can continue to chat and get to know each other better.

FREE PARKING areas would be along Washington Avenue, Idaho Avenue, and Montana Avenue between 3rd/4th Streets and 6th/7th Streets.

I recommend you wear comfortable walking shoes, bring a small backpack with sufficient water for 2-hour walk with a total of no more than 2-3 miles at most. Also, bring some snacks for the HIKE/WALKING TOUR in case you get hungry (nuts, granola bars, fruit, etc.).

IMPORTANT!!! Meetup members may elect to diverge from this planned ITINERARY to do other activities in the SANTA MONICA's THIRD STREET PROMENADE, SANTA MONICA PIER, AND PACIFIC PALISADES PARK/BEACH WALKING TOUR.

It can be Meetup members CHOICE!!!
