What would happen if you mixed futuristic baseball with deck building, make it head-to-head play, add in 21st century robots, and reduce the matches to 5-10min mini-games where each player only plays 6-cards, then the winner of the most mini-games advances? Boom! Introducing ***Baseball Highlights: 2045***. [insert trumpet sound here].

Playing ***Baseball Highlights: 2045*** is like watching TV highlights of early 21st-century baseball games, with the gameplay being full of theme with no outs or innings and without bogging down in a play-by-play baseball simulation. In this quick and interactive game, two players go head-to-head, and build their teams as they play, combining both strategy (building your team) and tactics (playing the game) without any downtime.

During each "mini-game", each player alternates playing six cards to simulate a full game's highlights. The mini-game includes defensive and offensive actions, and your single card play may include elements of defensive and/or offensive plays.

As you duel with your opponent, there is double-think, & bluffing. You feel like you’re constantly weighing whether it’s the time to be on the offensive or defensive in each “game” in a series, despite it only consisting of playing 6 cards.
