LA Shoe Swap and Shop

Hi! My name is Selena (she/her) and I'm a women's shoe designer who just moved from NYC to LA.

I am creating a community of shoe lovers and sustainable fashionistas. As for myself, I have plenty of shoes and some I haven't even worn! I'd be happy to find them a new home that appreciates them just as much as I do. Think of a clothing swap but instead, SHOES! Even if you're just a shoe lover who wants to join in on the fun you are welcome! We will find a different location each time so we are not only getting together as fashion lovers, but also trying new places around LA. This is such a great way of recycling our preloved shoes by giving them to a fellow shoe lover instead of letting them go unappreciated.

Here are the requirements to join this group.

1. Must love shoes
2. Must believe in recycling fashion
3. Must bring slightly used footwear only. Example: Please do not bring shoes with holes, tears, rips, stains.
4. You may either swap shoes with someone or sell them. If you are selling them, that exchange is only between you and your buyer.

If you do have extra loved shoes that you still want to love even longer, don't worry! I am also a shoemaker and can give you advice on how to revive them! Bring them in and let's chat about it!
