Would you like to get in better shape and be healthier? It is easier to achieve your fitness goals when you have others to support you and keep you active. Come join us for a fun and healthy way to lose weight, stay fit and make friends.
The focus of our events:
(1) walking locally during the week and then some weekend hikes at different parks or beaches.
(2) zoom calls on safe, healthy way to lose weight and to create a healthy lifestyle
(By joining this group and participating in any activity is acknowledgement that you are solely responsible for your own assessment of your abilities/fitness to participate. By joining an event I agree to waive all rights and claims for damages against the group & organizers.)
