Fishing at Redondo Pier

Hello everyone. I am so happy for us to have our fishing event at Redondo Pier. We will be meeting at the Redondo beach sport fishing building to make locating everyone easy. Once everyone has arrived, we will all walk together to the pier. I have a total of 11 loaner poles available. Once all the poles are taken I will close the RSVPs. Therefore if you find out you can no longer make it please let us know so we can make that pole available to someone else.

Please read the following instructions before our big day:

-please arrive on time so you do not get lost

• you do not need a fishing license to fish on the pier :)
  -I have poles available to beginners free of charge
• If you have extra poles please bring them :)
• If you can spare the money ; I will be accepting $5 donations at the beginning of the meeting. This will help make our program more accessible to young girls who can not afford gear
• Please please please wear pink! This helps make it easy for people to find us.
• Please bring your own bait. If you are a beginner I recommend buying a frozen bag of raw shrimp. This is easy and cheap to get at the grocery store. Please thaw out your shrimp before you come. Fish do not like frozen food :)
• Please dress for the weather. And pack water and sunscreen
• After the event there is lots of restaurants near the pier. I would love to catch food with yall after if you choose to stay
