What we’re about
A group for women who are 40 and over to connect. This is a group for women who want to meet up FOR REAL, in person, develop friendships, and do fun stuff. No activity is off limits. We are dedicated to having frequent meet ups. Expect to see at least weekly meet ups scheduled. Please keep your RSVP updated to be respectful to the event organizers and the other members. Don’t see the activity you want to do, become an event organizer and plan it. You must have been to at least one in person meet up to be a event organizer.
Starting January 2024 there will be a $5 per person per year fee to cover organizers fees. Dues are due by the end of the 30 day trial. Failure to pay will result in your automatic removal from the group by MeetUp.
Dues can be paid by Zelle (480-335-2917), Venmo ( https://venmo.com/u/Heather-Diane-2 ), or in person with cash. If you have a card saved, meetup will automatically pay the fee at the end of the trial.
There are a few rules around RSVPs. 1. If you no show or change your RSVP within 4 hours of your 1st event and it has a wait list, you will be removed from the group. 2. If you no show or change your RSVP within 6 hours of an event with a waitlist, you will be removed from the group. We have seen a rise in inconsiderate people and that’s not who we want as friends.
This group is not for self promotion, businesses, or men. Lastly, this is a drama free group, please keep it that way
