Details
Morning parkrun and light exercise session at Lafeyette Park. Open to all fitness levels. We'll meet at 7am to complete some laps around the park, some light calisthenic exercises - situps, squats, pushups etc. and closeout with light cool down, stretching and a short meditation to start the day.
The pace will be mellow, it's all about meeting up and having some quality outdoor time.
Meet at the North West - Corner Gate on the corner of Park and Mississippi.
