Merry Mindfulness, Qi Gong plus Chance to Win - Park in Aliso Viejo ($9.99 min)

ABOUT THE MINDFULNESS SESSION: We will walk down the park hill and stop at the Blue Jacaranda tree to enjoy a variety of fun mindfulness, earthing, ground and Qi Gong practices dressed up for the holidays. The person who dresses the most festively fun will win a free community group session, which you can select from the scheduled meetup events. We will also enjoy Monkey Animal Frolic Qi Gong, since these moves always invoke lots of laughter. The person who can balance a tea cup on each palm, during one of our Qi Gong moves, without letting them fall will also win a free community group session. This session will help us attune to the energy, frequency and vibration of joy.

This is the most powerful and transformative way to start the day, regulate the nervous system, activate chi, strengthen the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, harmonize the mind, body, soul and uplift the energy, frequency and vibration.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS: Drive to the Glenwood Recreation Center. Free parking is available in the Glenwood Recreation Center parking lot or on the street.

RESTROOMS AVAILABLE: For those who need to use the restroom before or after the session, I can let you in our gated recreation center.

TIMELINE:

• 9:50-9:55am - Arrive and park in the Glenwood Recreation Parking lot or on the street. Meet on the grass, near the Glenwood Recreation Center entrance.
• 10:00am - Start walking down the park path, towards the bottom of the hill, to the shady Blue Jacaranda treee to begin our merry mindfulness practices.
• 11:00am - Session ends. Walk back to cars.
• 11:15am - Approximate return time to cars.
