**LAHELP/Southern California Help is now hosting its meeting in a hybrid format** **(both in-person at SHARE and online via Zoom**). Members outside of the LA area or those who are unable to attend the meeting in person can either join in with their preferred device or simply dial in via phone. We encourage participation from members in all locations in the U.S. and elsewhere who would like to join us.

The Help meetings are designed to help you understand issues related to herpes and/or HPV from the physical and mental side. The meetings are informal, casual with a friendly atmosphere that is resonated by the regular members who understand, have been in your shoes, and most of all, are here to support you!

Our medical advisor, Dr. Gary Richwald, as well as our psychological advisors, Therese Clemente and Dr. Deborah Cooper, will be conducting a question and answer session so please feel free to ask questions. The meeting also covers topics such as coping with herpes and HPV, learning ways to get back on track, practicing the talk and relationship building exercises.

The HELP meetings are held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the 3rd Sunday of each month in the Felicity Room at this location:

LA HELP is a support organization for people with herpes and/or HPV. Support meetings are held on the 3rd Sunday of each month from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Meetings are organized by volunteers and offer emotional support and skills to cope with herpes and HPV. Meetings include speakers, group discussions. There is usually a medical advisor, Dr. Gary Richwald, as well as Psychological Advisors, Therese Clemente and Dr. Deborah Cooper, in attendance. You are welcome to share in discussions, ask questions, or to just sit back and listen.

There is no charge to attend. Donations are appreciated to help pay for the meeting room, hosting fees charged by Meetup and the lahelp.org website. Online donations can be made at https://4142298.xyz/lahelp/ and are much appreciated to help support our support group!
