In this tai chi class, you'll explore the harmonious fusion of movement and meditation often described as "meditation in motion" or a graceful health dance. You will learn gentle Qigong warm-ups, focusing on slow, deliberate movements that engage all major joints. These exercises promote balance, coordination, and proprioception, laying the groundwork for Tai Chi's unique blend of physical movement, mindfulness, and controlled breathing. This class welcomes you to embark on a journey of self-discovery through the ancient art of Tai Chi.
Attendees should wear comfortable shoes and loose-fitting clothes. No floor mat is required.
