Hi All,

After last years successful Christmas social and walks event at Llandudno 🎄

Feel free to join me on this years Christmas Social and Walks event at Whitby.

I have booked into the George Hotel in Whitby (location the red marker on the map).

This weekend is not mandatory please feel free to be involved as you wish.

*FRIDAY*

5pm Grab tea/dinner at Trenchers (Fish and Chips)

*I'am not making meal arrangements on the Friday as everyone's arrival time is unknown, please make your own arrangements for your evening meal*

later (Meeting at The Angel Hotel around 6 pm) *Wetherspoons*

7.30 pm Ghost/Dracula/History walk.£7 Meet at The Whale Bone Arch.(If you wish to join) no booking required.

*SATURDAY*

Mark will lead a walk (meeting outside the Angel Hotel Wetherspoons) at 10.45 am with first foot forward at 11 am, we will walk over the old viaduct looping back past the ruins of the Whitby Abbey back to the Angel Hotel (Walk approx 6 miles taking 3 hours to complete)

The afternoon is your's to enjoy as you wish.

Then gather in the evening for a festive meal together in The Magpie Cafe @ 6.45 pm (Table booked for 7 pm)

(CUT OFF WILL BE THE 31ST OF OCTOBER IF YOU BOOK ONTO THIS EVENT AFTER THIS DATE YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE OWN ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOUR EVENING MEAL).

*SUNDAY*

Dave Pilling is leading an easy 3 mile walk around Goathland (Home of Heartbeat and the set of Aidensfield) on the way back home.

*Please book your own accommodation*

Once confirmed (accommodation) leave a comment and i will move you to the going list.

Nearer the time i will setup a Watsapp group to make it easier to communicate.
