What we’re about

Tai chi and Qi Gong in a fun and relaxed environment, for the young at heart and kindred spirits.  Lurk? No, “Lark”. Fancy studio? No. How about a park?
Practice a variety of mind body exercises as well as continuing to practice Tai Chi Chuan forms. No experience is necessary for Qi Gong (breath/energy work). Experience with Tai Chi would be helpful but not necessary if you know your body and are willing to be patient. We practice Tai Chi “rocking”, animal frolics, a modified Chen fan form, Sun and Yang style forms (as developed by Dr. Paul Lam), Bagua, and a unique version of Minnesota Tai chi. 
Keep in mind this is practice session and not a class (unless noted).
