Becci is a Career fulfillment coach and Strengthscope Practitioner who supports people to cultivate meaning, purpose, and well-being in their work. As someone who struggled with low job satisfaction and an unhealthy level of well-being for many years leaving her feeling disconnected, unmotivated, and ultimately unfulfilled in her career, she turned to coaching to boost her self-confidence and awareness. Through years of engaging in self-healing practices and undergoing various coaching accreditations, she now supports others to find ways to thrive through her 1:1 coaching programs, team coaching, and group workshops.

Each week we will explore a different pillar of wellbeing to better understand how to support our work wellness and thrive in our careers as much as possible.
What to expect:
•Get to know fellow remote workers, freelancers, and entrepreneurs and make connections with like and heart-minded individuals
•Learn about a useful approach, concept, or theory relevant to enhancing your well-being at work
•Apply the newly learned knowledge to your own life in a group/individual reflective and/or coaching activity
•Share and contribute your insights, perspectives, and reflections with the group if you wish
•Gain support and a coaching lens from your career fulfillment coach,
