Drones are becoming the new workforce and it demands a community that promotes the safety and value of its capabilities. As things stand, drone pilots are pioneering their own success by embedding themselves into various industries by providing services like videography, inspections, and mapping. Except, the potential of drones does not end at the individual workflow that each drone provides. The potential is the connectivity that drones can bridge between our physical and digital world. Without a community that brings drones together, we will never realize that potential. The Drones Meetup Group is the community that brings together the drone pilots that are and will be leading a new era of innovation. Together, drone pilots can visualize a new digital world with a distributed drone data mapping approach. Our purpose is to foster and promote drone technology that benefits humans.
