“Let It Go Plate-Smashing” 🌸
Ladies, it’s time to release what no longer serves us! Join us for a powerful gathering where we’ll shatter old energies, habits, and thoughts to create space for healing and growth.
The Process: The act of writing down what’s been holding you back and physically breaking it is a therapeutic experience—a way to symbolically and energetically release unwanted emotions on your plate. By seeing and then smashing these words, we’re letting go of past burdens and opening ourselves up to a new chapter.
How to Prepare:
• Before our meeting, take time to reflect on the things you wish to let go. It could be old fears, regrets, or anything that feels like it’s weighing you down.
• Write these words or phrases on a ceramic plate. This plate now holds everything you’re ready to release.
• Bring it with you to the meeting.
For Our Out-of-State Members: We encourage you to join in spirit! Write on your own plate, snap a photo, and share your experience with us by uploading your pictures. You’re an essential part of our community, no matter where you are.
Let’s come together, break through old layers, and embrace the beautiful, liberated selves we are becoming. 🌸
