These are held on the third Wednesday of each month and my mission is to provide you with all the knowledge and guidance through the industry experts who are invited to speak at our events each month.
Each month will be different speakers sharing there expertise, we will also monthly hold the chance for you to promote your own business on stage and also monthly we hold a prize draw for you to win complimentary training courses or gifts that you can take away with you.

Back to Tina As the founder and CEO of the National Association for Professional Sourcing Agents (NAPSA), Tina is dedicated to providing support for UK sourcing agents and educating investors to protect themselves and their hard-earned cash from unscrupulous agents.
With over 12 years of experience in the property sourcing sector, Tina has weathered the ups and downs of running a successful sourcing business, garnering knowledge on the less enticing side of operating a property business - compliance.This experience opened her eyes to the lack of training and support provided, leading to her firstly forming Professional Sourcing Compliance (PSC) training business specialising in teaching sourcing agents how to set up and operate legally; followed by NAPSA - where Tina authored The Code of Practice for the sourcing sector - accepted and followed by both government approved property redress schemes.
Tina maintains direct contact with both property redress schemes, NTSELAT and HMRC’s AML Team to stay well ahead of the sector on interpretation of the law; making her quite literally the best placed person in our sector for guidance on compliance.
