Start your week with this uplifting and unique practice!
Monday sessions combine Qigong (energy cultivation) movements with breath patterns and Metta practice. This online session is appropriate for all levels and abilities and repeats weekly.
Metta, sometimes translated as 'Loving Kindness', is developed through focus on intentions of happiness, health, safety and ease for ourselves and others. Practicing Metta can lead to greater happiness, inner peace, and a more positive outlook on life.
By infusing the ideas of Qi and Metta together during a Tai Chi/Qigong practice, participants can experience a greater sense of physical and emotional well-being as well as a deeper connection with themselves and others. And we all have a good laugh!
