want to work on habits, activities, and thought patterns to help with overall mental health well being? these are things I'm trying to learn so thought others might too. this is not a therapy group, but a place to talk about and work on strategies to help with your own mental well being. each meet-up will have a specific topic and reference info. then we'll work on them for a week or two and come back and see how we've done. no promises, just learning to be well.
