The key to unlock all the many benefits of mindfulness is rooted in daily practice. But in our busy lives, it often feels impossible to find the time.
For this reason, we've set up a new series of practice sessions.
With four options throughout the week, this accessible program provides you the opportunity to just show up and practice. Certified mindfulness meditation teacher, Art Burns, will guide you through a unique and focused practice that will cultivate the skills of attention, kindness, empathy, and compassion.
