Bike Park Wales Weekender

Bike Park Wales just outside Merthyr Tydfil in South Wales is probably the UK's most iconic bike park. It incorporates a wide variety of trails for most levels of ability (from intermediate upwards), from fast flowy blues, through rocky but do-able reds, to hair raising blacks and pro lines. Maximum enjoyment of the day can be achieved by booking the uplift service (around £50 per day at the moment).

Its a long way from Leeds so best incorporated into a weekend trip, with other nearby venue options arranged by members for the Friday and Sunday. We will all be riding BPW on the Saturday.

All LMB members will be responsible for booking their own accommodation and uplift (booking 3 months prior so tickets currently available)

Welcome to Leeds Mountain Bikers (LMB). We meet regularly for adventurous and challenging off-road rides and our aim is to provide a friendly and supportive atmosphere in which to enjoy our sport, with all the benefits of riding in a social group.

We welcome new members, but please understand that while many of our riders have a lot of experience, we do not hold any formal qualifications and we are not instructors, mentors nor technical experts. We will always help and support each other when needed, and will never leave a group member behind, but all riders must accept that mountain biking is a dangerous sport, and that individual riders are responsible for their own safety.
