Beginner Acroyoga class every Wednesday from 6:45- 8pm at We Are Wellness.
Acro yoga, often referred to as Partner Acrobatics, Acro, or Acro Balance, is the combination of a yoga mentality with an acrobatic inspired movement practice and teamwork.
During this class, Scarlot will guide you through the FUNdamental practices of acro while creating a safe space for confidence building, trust and communication through playful partner and group collaboration.

There are no pre-requisites for these workshops, no experience or partner is required - come along solo, or with friends!
