Please join me and fellow club members at the 2025 BMWMOA national rally being held in Lebanon, Tennessee at the Wilson county State fairgrounds. Just east of Nashville.

I’m trying to get at least 20 club members to come to the rally. We now have 86 members, how about a 25% showing at the national rally? ￼

If you’ve never been to a BMWMOA national rally, you don’t know what you’re missing! It’s a great time: lots of food, lots of music, lots of vendors, lots of other activities like the GS Trophy Challenge (you can sign up and see if you have what it takes!), plus riding every day if you wish . You can meet up with old friends from around the country, and make new friends. I do every time I attend. This is on the East Coast for 2025, so it’s relatively close to home compared to the long haul to Redmond in 2024! Please consider attending. If you have any questions just reach out to me.

Like the 2024 Rally in Redmond, Oregon, I will be co-chairing the 'membership and recruiting committee' with Frank Florio, who is a BMWMOA regional coordinator in New York. As such, I’m always looking for volunteers to ‘man’ the tables. What do we do? We recruit new members, renew existing members, answer questions about BMWMOA member benefits, answer questions about rally activities and the direct people on the rally map, and also handout bling to longtime members. Please consider volunteering. It's fun. There are three '3 hour shifts' per day: 0900-1200, 1200-1500, 1500-1800. Time goes by QUICKLY. If a lot of us volunteer, it doesn't impact anyone's rally activities much.

My idea of camping is staying in a local hotel, but in doing so I miss out of a lot of the late day activities at the rally site. At the recent Soggy Bottom Motofest, I 'glamped' on site and really enjoyed. All the fun of camping without the hassle. At the National, BMWMOA offers Glamping tents. A company sets up your tent in real style, and tears it down at the end of the rally. They are NICE. I think I’m gonna sign up for one of those at Lebanon instead of going the motel route. Only risk: Heat wave! Let me know if you’re interested in that idea also and I can connect with BMWMOA headquarters and put in an early reservation for tents.

Also, if we get a large enough group of members attending the rally, I will get a club tent , where we can have chairs set up and tables adjacent to where club tents are set up if you bring your own camping gear.
