多国籍なメンバーなのでコミュニケーションは主に英語ですが、日本語もウェルカムですよ

Join us for a day of connection, care, and courage at the Reflect and Reset Retreat and Early Christmas in the serene setting of Kamakura. Located at the cozy and stylish Niho Kamakura, this retreat is designed to help you reflect on your past year and reset your intentions for 2025, all while celebrating the holiday spirit.

Our retreat activities will include

🧘🏻‍♀️ a guided meditation and intention-setting session, creating a serene space to focus on what each of us wants to gain from the retreat

🔥 an engaging hotseat discussion where each participant will have the opportunity to share something they’re currently struggling with, get support and advice, and to clear the mind for reflection and planning

📖 reflection sessions where we do a deep dive into what worked and what didn’t in 2024, and set intentions for #LessEffortMoreImpact in 2025. It’s a chance to connect deeply with others and ourselves, gain insights, and offer support

🍱 a lovely, healthy, Japanese-style obento lunch—made with love and care

🤸 a gentle movement session to awaken the body and clear the mind

🎄 a festive oyatsu time where we enjoy some holiday treats, celebrate the end of the year, and look ahead to what’s next for LEMIers in 2025
