#LesGoHiking: Sope Creek

We're headed to Marietta! Sope Creek is one of the most popular parks in metro Atlanta’s Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area (CRNRA). Located along the Chattahoochee River, this trail offers 3 miles of scenic hiking and the ruins of a stacked-stone paper mill on the banks of a rocky creek. We'll be hiking around to a beautiful and serene pond. Get ready to take in all the River views! We'll be hiking through a variety of terrain, including wetlands, river banks, grasslands and forest. Make sure your cameras are charged and ready! The scenery is gorgeous! Hope to see you all there!

* A daypack/backpack to carry what you need for the hike.

The purpose of #LesGoHiking is to encourage women (Lesbian/Bi) in and around Georgia to connect with likeminded women, who have good vibes, energy, deep conversations, all while hiking, exploring, embracing nature and chasing waterfalls!
