Come and experience how combining awareness with movement can help you move more flexibly and easily in everyday activities such as walking and running. This free one-hour session offered by Feldenkrais teacher Anne Taylor will introduce how a series of gentle, exploratory movement sequences can interrupt unhealthy habits and patterns of holding and help you move more efficiently and make lasting change. The session will focus on the theme of running and walking but is also suitable for anyone interested in finding out about how the method can improve balance, posture and help with aches and pains.

The Feldenkrais Method in growing in popularity and becoming known for its efficacy in improving movement efficiency, recovery from injury and for relaxation and general wellbeing. It can also help athletes, musicians and dancers enhance performance. Feldenkrais is suitable for anyone regardless of level of fitness and has at its heart the principle that it is always possible to learn and improve.
