Setting off from Savile Park in Halifax, dropping down to the valley to pick up and follow the Calderdale Way to Ripponden via Norland Moor, back along the river in parts before the up and over back to the park.

13 miles, stops for breathers and for lunch. Dogs welcome if on leads and in control around sheep. Decent pace, but nothing too bad, 630m of ascent.

Some zig zag navigation on this one. As a leader I need to steer the group, if you're trotting off the front I am no longer willing to chase people down, so if you can't see us then 'tata' and the group will go the way that's planned so please keep in sight.
