What we’re about
Hey Lovely People,
Who loves getting outside? Want to go to the park? Sounds basic, right? Well, that's the point!
This group is for anyone wanting to meet new people, chill and enjoy a quiet day at the park, an energizing hike, read or take a nap in the sun, on a blanket, maybe have a picnic, get dirty and ground yourself, alone together, and together together!
We all have tasks, goals, exciting plans, and heavy pieces in our lives. Sometimes, we just need nature, some chill vibes, and a reminder we are in this life together.
Can't wait to meet you!

Q + A
Hey friends, let me know what I can clarify for you 😊 If one has a question, many do!Q
“Will we be walking the whole 2 hours?”A
Our walks are based on who’s there and what the objectives are.So far, we walk around 1.5 hours, and even pause for hydration and rest.
I make location announcements throughout the walk, so at any time, we can turn back towards our cars, or the restrooms.
This way, walkers have the easy ability to exit, or continue another loop!
Note:
- All levels of walking are welcome.
- I encourage everyone to go at your own pace. (there's no real rules here, if you want to split off into smaller groups, go for it! We will push ourselves as we can- so be vocal! This is your time too, so if you need slower or rest, shout it out, let's do this together! )
- There may be some days we choose as a group to be more intense, it is not our goal.
- Slower walk, some natural intervals, great for injury recovery, new to exercise, chronic illnesses, hiking and pavement options
Feel free to reach out with any questions.
