Welcome to the Let’s Move! Exercise Support Group where we work on our exercise journey together by meeting up with walking, sharing online yoga, stretch and strength training videos, and more. We also have an exercise support group at the main health and wellness page where members can share their exercise experiences and offer support to one another. This group is included for all Wellness Program members.

Non-members can enroll weekly for $10, $40 per month or join our yearly program for $79 with access to our education videos and live Zoom calls for Adults and Children interested in our African-based approach to health and wellness.
