Hello my friends,

The targeted audience is the people with high positive vibrations, a strong hunger of happiness and friendship throughout moments of bonding and shared closeness.

Applicants not suiting this can be refused without any comment.
(By the way, some members are very exceptionally allowed not to suit this after a specific authorisation, for professional or even personal reasons).

Respectful behaviour and politeness are absolutely MANDATORY: have no doubt that harassment attitudes will be banned without warning.

This is a ‘select’ club: it means that a membership is never acquired and has permanently to be deserved with some human values without any concessions like respect, education, honesty, loyalty and friendship! Don’t ask yourself what this Community can do for you, ask yourself what you can do for this Community! So be a part of this and maybe become an animator bringing your creativity and positive energy. Experienced, talented and rigorous organisers in the same wave of this group, are welcome: do not hesitate to submit your application.

1. Members’ Charter:
To keep a fully symbiotic relationship within the group, where the expectation of each’s well being can be protected, some simple rules are necessary. Please follow those hereunder MANDATORY recommendations. This non-exhaustive list will be completed with your respectfulness, prudence and common sense.
1.1. The member requires a genuine and clear profile picture without any mask, sunglasses, religious or political signs, hat, helmet, accessories hiding the face, special effects.
Applicants not suiting this can be refused without any comment.
(By the way, some members are very exceptionally allowed not to suit this after a specific authorisation, for professional or even personal reasons).
1.2. It’s completely prohibited to communicate any events’ details of this PRIVATE group.
A subscription on the main “going” list of events is REQUIRED!
Only join if you have the intention of attending the whole event.
1.3. Do not register only to open an option for your possible attendance to an event. Unsubscribe as soon as possible when you cannot attend in order to allow others to join the main list.
Registered members not showing up (“no-shows”) 3 times without notice will be removed.
1.4. The attendee is personally responsible of its guests. Inviting someone banned from this group is strictly forbidden.
1.5. It’s strongly recommended not to publish your private data's (mobile number, mail, address,…) to prevent potential problems.
1.6. Some events might occur in confidential locations only communicated by messages from the hosts. It’s strongly recommended to update your account/settings/privacy:
‘Everybody on Meetup’ + save before exit.
You can keep control of your message inbox by blocking unwanted senders.
In case of events with confidential locations with incorrect settings on your part, it is not possible for you to receive the location’s message from the ‘Event Organizer’ and you will then, in this case, be unable to attend.
1.7. In case of carpooling, a contribution is expected.
The driver is free to keep this or to transfer this for a social purpose.
1.8. Respectful behaviour and politeness are absolutely MANDATORY: have no doubt that harassment attitudes will result in a ban without warning. This includes spamming comment sections within the group. Moreover, any attendance or any help to groups well known to steal datas, copy/paste or even 'inspired' events and other troll activities will be PERSONALLY responsible considered and immediately removed.
1.9. Only the group owner reserves the right to accept or decline admission into the group without further comment.
In case of decline or ban, the person’s message mailbox is blocked automatically.
It’s COMPLETELY FORBIDDEN for anybody to serve as an intermediary to send messages or to try to negotiate for someone refused or banned. In such cases, the intermediary will be removed as well without delay.
1.10. ‘Event Organizers’ should only be contacted exclusively concerning the organization of their events. It is forbidden to contact ‘Event Organizers’ for group management issues.

2. Hosts’ Charter:
The hosts have to suit the Members Charter AND what follows. In case of disagreement, I thank you in advance to downgrade yourself without delay from your position as an organiser to a simple member.
2.1. Avoid any risky situations for your group. Choose the right number of attendees for your events to keep an overview and control of the event.
2.2. Strictly impose respect of RSVPs.
2.3. Avoid organizing the same or the same kind of event in other Meetup groups, social networks and mobile apps, which compete with an already existing one in Let’s Move Luxembourg. This is a simple question of elementary politeness.
2.4. Duplicating the same event in different groups is strictly forbidden.

For information, organizers that have been inactive for a while may be downgraded to simple member, as it’s necessary to keep a strong organising team on the move (those concerned can ask to be upgraded again before their next event).
