Lucia celebration in the Lunsen forest

We will hike from Flottsund to Lunsentorpet on the forest trail (2 x 4,5km). On this day the local council arranges a forest celebration of the forthcoming Lucia. There will be lanterns and pit fires lit in the forest, lots of people, free coffee, soft drinks and some snacks. One can also bring something to grill on the fire or join a workshop in wreath-making. There will be Tomten giving presents to small children and possibly a choir with Lucia songs.
There will be some indoor space to warm up.

We take off at 10.30 AM from the parking lot on the eastern side of Flottsund bridge. No option to be late. The buses are infrequent, there is bus 8 from the Central Station at 9:52 to the stop "Sunnerstabacken".

Spike boots or anti-skid pads are strongly recommended. Have a flashlight, because it will be getting dark on the way back.
