About the Facilitator, Rachel Whitworth
Rachel Whitworth is a facilitator and mentor who is passionate about bringing people together and guiding them to cultivate more meaningful connection in all areas of their lives.

With over 7 of experience in communication and personal development, she has transformed the way people engage with one another through workshops, retreats, and one-on-one training sessions.

Rachel completed training in Authentic Leadership through The Connection Movement (NYC). She is also certified in the Relational Inquiry Approach by The Connection Institute (Boston) and a Certified Mediator by the Living Peace Institute (Philadelphia). She's currently enrolled as a student in the 3-Year Gestalt Training Program at the Pennsylvania Gestalt Center.

With a life-long love of psychology and personal growth practices along with a background in improv comedy, she brings a powerful mix of creativity, laughter, and presence to her events.

Whether working with organizations, families, or individuals, Rachel is committed to igniting a sense of belonging and encouraging participants to harness the power of authentic communication.
