Emmenegger Nature Park & new extension

Let's hike Emmenegger Nature Park & explore the new extension to Unger County Park.

Meet at the area before the bridge. There is a small parking lot or park along the road or larger lot behind the picnic pavilion.

The first part is paved, rocky incline to overlook of the river. Decent is through the trees, path is mulch/dirt (maybe mud) to along and across creek and back to pavement. The extension (new) is just off the entrance road, paved.

Dogs are welcome on leash. It will be cool in the morning, warming as we hike. Dress appropriately, hiking shoes recommended. Bring water.
