Halotherapy (dry salt therapy) supports respiratory and skin health, and may offer relief from symptoms of asthma, allergies, sinusitis, COPD, bronchitis, cystic fibrosis, stress, depression, sleeplessness and more. GENTLE SALTY YOGA with Dindy Yokel, 500 RYT and meditation teacher.
No experience with yoga is needed. This is a gentle, relaxing practice designed to calm the nervous system and allow the body and mind relax deeply. We practice INSIDE the cave and receive the benefits of Halotherapy along with the yoga! Practice includes gentle movement and embodiment followed by guided meditation. Thursday classes end with yoga Nidra and Saturday classes with a Chakra clearing meditation to help release the stresses of the week! Space is limited to 6 participants! We provide a bolster and a block for each participant. Feel free to bring your own mat (optional), blankets, or additional props! Water containers are welcome.
