LGBTQ+ Play Magic: The Gathering!

A queer-friendly and inclusive event where you can learn to play the legendary trading card game Magic: the Gathering! The event will include:

- A simple yet comprehensive explanation of how to play the game.
- The opportunity to play 1-to-1 with friends and others attending the event.
- (Optionally) Being taught the basics of deckbuilding and the different formats in which the game is played - including the ever-popular Commander format!
- Chance to play and practice in a casual, friendly, all-welcoming environment.

The idea behind this event is to teach you enough to get started with the game and be able to try it out for minimal costs. If you've already been once or you're already an experienced player, you're welcome to come back to meet more people and get more practice in!

The location of the event is Rogue's Quarter, a friendly boardgame cafe that hosts regularly Magic: the Gathering events, provides quality food and beverages, and already houses a welcoming community of regular players (including other queer gamers!).
